Michael Evans
Michael Evans started his career as a
chartered accountant. In 1961 he moved into stockbroking, becoming
a divisional director of Brewin Dolphin before retiring in
1998.
In 1982 he joined St John Ambulance and has held the positions
of West Midlands County Director, County Treasurer and Chairman of
the Council.
Michael's other public roles include, Governor of Solihull
College and High Sheriff of the County of West Midlands.
His interests include the stock market, politics, golf, modern
languages, travel, bridge and gardening.
He became a member of the Investment Committee in 1999, and a
trustee in 2008.
