Salary band Band 5 £22,150 - £24,867
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the nation’s leading first aid charity.
We are looking for a motivated leader with the drive and enthusiasm to manage, inspire and lead the On Site and Schools teams within our National Customer Service Centre.
Acting as the first point of contact for incoming telephone calls and emails, the teams process course bookings and respond to general enquiries. They advise customers and potential customers, and actively promote the products and services offered by St John Ambulance.
The successful candidates will have experience of managing a team within a fast paced, frontline customer focussed environment and will have a proven track record of delivering excellent customer service, effectively handing queries, complex requests and complaints.
In addition, the post holders will have responsibility for dealing with any queries and complaints as escalated by their team of Customer Service Advisors.
Proven experience of first aid and related services is desirable.
