Credit Controller

About the Role

As a Credit Controller at our Shared Services Centre in Sheffield, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of customer accounts, this will entail sending invoices and statements, allocation of payments and general finance administration. Importantly, you will also be responsible for following up with customers regarding overdue and outstanding debts to arrange payments, while maintaining a high level of customer service.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have excellent interpersonal skills and experience with a professional and proactive approach to your work. You will also be detail orientated and possess strong administration and data entry skills, ideally, these skills will have been gained in a previous finance role
