About the Role
As a Team Coordinator within our Assurance & Quality team, you will provide high-quality administrative support to enable the team to deliver on projects and activities. You will be involved in a wide range of tasks from arranging meetings and preparing agendas & papers to the coordination of training sessions and workshops. You will also be responsible for the Assurance & Quality intranet pages and ensuring that our volunteers and employees are well supported and receive quality customer service.
Please note this role can be based at our National Head Quarters London, Birmingham or Stockport Office.
You will have had experience in a similar role and will have previously managed multiple calendars or diaries. You will be a strong communicator with experience in providing support to multiple stakeholders.
St John Ambulance works at the heart of communities, providing first aid, keeping people safe at events and working alongside the NHS in response to 999 calls. Much of our front-line delivery is provided by our dedicated and highly-trained volunteers.
Every year, hundreds of thousands of people, many of them under 18, also learn how to save a life through our training, education and youth programmes.
