About the Role
As a Trainer at St John Ambulance, you will be responsible for delivering and assessing a variety of First Aid and Health & Safety training courses to our workplace and community training customers. As part of your role, you will receive constant training and development.
You will be a passionate and engaging trainer, with experience coaching and training adults. Ideally, you will have a level 3 training qualification (if you don't, we could consider you as a Trainee Trainer), it would also be a distinct advantage to have first aid training experience.
As the role gives you the chance to travel throughout the region visiting different training and client sites, you must have the ability to travel around the region and preferably access to a car. You will have the right to work in the UK and be well organised and motivated.
St John Ambulance works at the heart of communities, providing first aid, keeping people safe at events and working alongside the NHS in response to 999 calls. Much of our front-line delivery is provided by our dedicated and highly-trained volunteers.

Over the next decade, we have bold ambitions to help transform out-of-hospital care, having a positive impact on the people we treat, the communities we serve, and our own people.
We are a team of over 1,600 employees and 18,000 volunteers, united by our goal of saving lives through first aid, training and campaigning.
