Estates Programme Coordinator
About the Role
As an Estates Programme Coordinator at St John Ambulance, you will work closely with colleauges in the property and facilities management teams. You will help to coordinate St John's estate and property rationalisation programme and support a national drive to consloidate information and help streamline internal systems. You will also be responsible fo the management of a small team.
Ideally, you will have experience within a facilities or project management function where you will have worked with multiple stakeholders and negotiated or managed suppliers. You must be a strong communicator with strong attention to detail.
St John Ambulance works at the heart of communities, providing first aid, keeping people safe at events and working alongside the NHS in response to 999 calls. Much of our front-line delivery is provided by our dedicated and highly-trained volunteers.
Every year, hundreds of thousands of people, many of them under 18, also learn how to save a life through our training, education and youth programmes.
Over the next decade, we have bold ambitions to help transform out-of-hospital care, having a positive impact on the people we treat, the communities we serve, and our own people.
