Regional Facilities Administrator

About the Role

St John Ambulance has a large portfolio of properties in England, which our Facilities team are responsible for, ensuring that they are clean, safe, in great condition and welcoming.

As a Regional Facilities Administrator, you will be a key member of the regional facilities team and will be responsible for ensuring administration is handled in an efficient and timely way, as well as, receiving and processing digital and verbal communication and providing administrative support to the regional facilities manager and administering room hire within our venues when needed.

About You

Ideally, you will have worked in an office environment and will have a good understanding of systems and processes. You should also have great attention to detail and the ability to prioritise workload, as you will need to handle multiple queries and issues at once and liaise with external and internal parties to resolve.
