Joining Bristol LINKS
We are always seeking new members.
Any student at the University
of Bristol may join our union society, enabling attendence at
our weekly training sessions. Society members may then also become
full members of St John Ambulance,
subsequent to which, they will be able to volunteer to help
us provide cover for public
events (duties).
Whilst you are waiting for your membership paperwork to be
processed, you will have the opportunity to complete basic first
aid training including a Community first aid course
(covering bleeding, CPR, incident management and treatment of
shock), moving and handling principles and essential care
awareness.
