Programme Manager- Lindsay Weaver

The manager runs the project on a day-to-day basis, whilst securing funding for the future of the project. This role also involves driving the project forward to achieve all aims, develop outcomes and seek new innovative opportunities.

Case Worker- David Guthrie

Our case worker develops relationships with families and young people. This is obtained by more direct visits and support. They also work closely with other professionals involved with the young people. It is their responsibility to ensure that the Common Assessment Framework is monitored.

Volunteer Coordinator - Becky Redican

The Volunteer Coordinator develops partnerships with other organisations to expand our volunteer database. They are responsible for coordinatoring recruits, retaining and training volunteers.

Assistant Manager - Deborah Keefe

This role involves the monitoring and evaluation of all projects and evidencing outcomes. Deborah also leads on the self esteem development projects and the school support programme.
