Real life stories of people who were the difference
St John Ambulance believes that anyone
who needs first aid should receive it from those around them - and
that anyone can be the difference between a life saved and a life
lost.
The nation's leading first aid charity has more than 1,300
uniformed volunteers across Derbyshire. It also trains thousands of
ordinary people each year in schools, industry and community
groups.
Many of those who learn the basic skills of first aid are later
able to put them into practice. Read case studies of some of our
volunteers being the difference.
