St John Ambulance receives no core government funding towards its activities. As such, we rely on income from our services as well as fundraising and donations to allow us to continue our work.
Three of our volunteers took part in the annual Rotary Club abseil off Church Langley water tower and raised over £1500 for the ambulance appeal.
We are holding a barn dance on 22 September to raise money for the ambulance appeal. Find out how to obtain tickets and about the prize raffle.
Our fundraising appeal to replace our mobile first aid unit by the end of 2007 is well underway. See how we are doing and how you can support us.
We have a number of collections planned for 2007. In March we collected over £1500 at Tesco and we will be collecting at Sainsburys in September.
