Our headquarters building is available for
hire. There are a number of rooms to cater for varying
needs from small meetings to conferences for up to 120 people.
Situated close to Southend airport, just
minutes from the A127 arterial road, our building is located away
from local traffic congestion making delegate access easy and
stress free. The facility is focussed on practicality and comfort
because relaxed guests listen more effectively.

- Three purpose built training and conference suites, one of
which is easily converted into three smaller self-contained
spaces
- The largest room can accommodate up to 120 delegates
- Multi-media presentation equipment with ceiling mounted
projectors
- Reception and break-out lounge with comfortable sofas and
plasma TV
- Kitchen facilities and vending machine service
- Full invalid access and wheelchair lift
- Climate controlled for convenience and comfort
- Flexible access times with ample parking at any time
- Large internal area for exhibition stands or group
activities.
We are able to recommend local catering companies should you
wish to order food for your clients and guests.
The training and seminar venue will be of interest to any local
business or organisation seeking a practical training or conference

The St John Centre offers first class training and conference
facilities for local businesses and corporate events.
The centre is approved for Health and Safety Executive (HSE)
courses, local government, Fire and Rescue Service and Primary Care
Trust training.
The building is also available to local groups and societies for
casual hirings or meetings.
