Our headquarters building is available for hire. There are a number of rooms to cater for varying needs from small meetings to conferences for up to 120 people.

Situated close to Southend airport, just minutes from the A127 arterial road, our building is located away from local traffic congestion making delegate access easy and stress free. The facility is focussed on practicality and comfort because relaxed guests listen more effectively.

We are able to recommend local catering companies should you wish to order food for your clients and guests.

The St John Centre offers first class training and conference facilities for local businesses and corporate events.

The centre is approved for Health and Safety Executive (HSE) courses, local government, Fire and Rescue Service and Primary Care Trust training.

The building is also available to local groups and societies for casual hirings or meetings.
