About us

Transport Services was formed in 2003 to provide a service to NHS Trusts which utilised the skills of our volunteer ambulance crews. Since then the service has grown to employ over 40 dedicated staff working in a fit for purpose fleet.

All of our staff work hard to provide the personal touch to our service users and maintain this commitment right throughout our service.

The crew are trained to a high standard and are assessed by state registered paramedics to ensure the service user is always in the best of care.  

As a registered charity, St John Ambulance relies on donations and commercial income to help fund our vital work through our 43,000 volunteers. Your support helps us to save lives and be the difference in every community in the country.
