Listening support service
Our listening support service offers
telephone support to people suffering from long-term illness or
debilitating disease and/or their carers.
Trained counsellors
Our trained counsellors provide a listening ear, taking the time
to allow you to talk about your
concerns. Although they don't provide advice, they
are supportive and do signpost to other
services.
Volunteers handle approximately 200 calls per month from people
wanting information, advice or who want someone to talk to and with
whom they can share their concerns and worries.
