you, whatever your level of experience. In Nottinghamshire
alone, we have 1153 volunteers, with 503 of those
under the age of 18. Our volunteers gave 126, 017 voluntary
hours in 2007. In addition to first aid we need fundraisers, youth
volunteers and are looking for people to help with our Water
Wing.
In 2006 Nottinghamshire
volunteers treated 1,246 casualties at public events. We
need more first aid volunteers to help us continue our
work. In addition to teaching you first aid we offer a
friendly and sociable way to spend some of your
free time.
If you live

Harworth or Sutton-in-Ashfield you way wish to volunteer
to to be Community First Responder.
Our first responders are fully trained in first aid and
support the ambulance service, often arriving to
give emergency aid before the ambulance in these rural corners of
Nottinghamshire.
