My Experience of Cadet Camp

Nottinghamshire Cadet James Hanson was worried about attending his first cadet camp las year. But it turned out to be "amazing"!

"On the bus going there I was feeling nervous because it was my first Cadet camp. I needn't have worried, as over the week I made many friends who I am still in contact with."

"Everyone there was very pleasant and made camp an enjoyable experience for all those who were new to the scene. We were kept busy with a whole range of activities throughout the week including walking, shooting, archery, bowling, swimming, shopping to name just a few!"

"There was never a dull moment — lots of fun and games every day, all very well organized and co-ordinated. I can now count the trip as yet another amazing memory of my life with St John Ambulance. It has helped my confidence no end and hopefully this report will encourage many more Cadets to sign up both next year and into the future!"
