Our first aid trainers often receive letters of appreciation after a course. We are particularly pleased to hear from people if they have had to put their skills to use.

'I just wanted to write and thank you for running a very informative and entertaining Emergency aid course.

'I'm glad I learned how to deal with minor injuries as on the way home I shut my finger in the car door!  Luckily I've got away with a bruised nail.

'Joking apart, I think the course is well worth doing and as many people as possible should be encouraged to learn first aid.
