Our ambulances
Frontline 
Our emergency ambulance is used to
treat serious injuries at events, respond to emergencies and
transport casualties to hospital. It is also fully
equipped to treat all minor injuries at events.
Our ambulances are fully
equipped with radios (for communications), AED, resuscitation
and spinal equipment, stretchers, splints, burns kits, oxygen
therapy, entonox (pain relief), suction and a carry chair.
4x4 Ambulance
Our 4x4 ambulance is
based on a V8 Landrover Defender. It is used to
rapidly access areas of difficult terrain, that no
road ambulance can reach, and transport casualties back to a
treatment area or frontline ambulance.
It has the same equipment as the frontline ambulance to ensure
that all equipment needed at an emergency can be quickily and
easy transported to the scene.
First aid unit
Our first aid ambulance is used to
treat casualties at an event, leaving frontline ambulances
free to transport patients and respond to emergencies. At larger
events this ambulance is used to assess casualties and can be used
as a radio control. This ambulance is equipped with a full range of
equipment used to treat casualties onsite, with less equipment
needed for transporting
patients.
