PTS Terms and Conditions

1. If you wish to cancel your booking, you must notify us by 12pm one day before the journey. We charge one third of the original cost if you notify us after this time.

3. If our vehicle arrives at the agreed pick-up destination and the patient no longer requires transport, then you will be charged one third of the original cost.
   
   
4. We reserve the right to refuse to transfer a patient(s) in the following circumstances:
   
   
   • if the patient is under the influence of illegal drugs/alcohol
   • if the patient is abusive to our staff
   • at our staff's discretion.
     
     
5. We require payment 30 days from the date of invoice. If payment is not recieved within 30 days, an additional charge will be applied for every day thereafter.
   
   
6. If patients who are unable to travel alone, either due to medical reasons or if the patient is under 16-years-old, then they may be accompanied by an escort. This must be confirmed with staff when making the initial booking.
