’Tis the season to win great prizes from local life savers

 

Great prizes are on offer in the Sussex St John Ambulance Christmas draw and everyone who buys a ticket will be doing their bit to support the charity’s life saving work.

Win £250 with a £1 ticket!

For the price of a £1 ticket, lucky winners could walk away with £250 in cash, two tickets for a Glyndebourne opera final rehearsal or a family day out at the Hickstead British Jumping Derby.

There are 10 prizes in total including spa treatments for two at the luxurious Bailiffscourt Hotel in Climping, two tickets for Brighton and Hove Albion at the Amex Stadium, a family ticket for the Sussex County Cricket CB40 series and a three course dinner for two at The Star country hotel in Alfriston.

Sussex St John Ambulance’s county fundraiser Jeanne Peterson said: ‘The lead up to Christmas is always a difficult time to ask people for money but we hope the incentive of winning a fabulous prize will spur people into supporting us.

‘All money raised will help fund the vital work done by our volunteers in local communities throughout Sussex. When you consider that work is often the difference between a life lost and a life saved then £1 seems very little to ask.’

Tickets are available in books of five. People can have whole books to sell to family, friends and colleagues or they can buy as many as they want.
