County Youth Assembly

St John Ambulance Youth AssemblySt John Ambulance values all of our youth members; we believe that every member should have a say in how the organisation operates. In the West Midlands we believe that our members are best-placed to help improve our county.

We have a Youth Charter which sets out our rights and responsibilities as young people in the organisation. The West Midlands has a very active County Youth Assembly, which is open to all members aged under 26 to attend and voice their opinions in a fun and interactive way.

The County Youth Assembly also allows young people to take part in organising big events such as the County Youth Assembly Development Weekend residential event and the Grand Day Out. We hold four youth assembly meetings a year; two of which are residential, which are fun and exciting weekends aimed at further developing the Youth Assembly.

Within St John Ambulance we believe in youth participation and we value this at whatever level, whether you get involved in your unit, or at a county level. We are here to help the community, but most of all we want all our members to have fun.

It's our opportunity to be heard and make a difference to our organisation!
