St John Ambulance has guaranteed places in the British 10K
London 2012. Apply now to avoid disappointment.

The British 10K London is one of the UK's most prestigious and
sought-after 10km road races. The route, designed for all
abilities, passes some of the capital’s most iconic sites including
Big Ben, The London Eye and
St Paul's Cathedral so you even get to do a bit of
sight-seeing along the way!
The event takes place just 19 days before the start of the
Olympic Games so the excitement and buzz amongst the crowds will be
phenomenal and certainly something not to be missed.

In return for a place, we ask you for £25 registration fee and a
pledge of £175 minimum sponsorship.
Own place runner
If you are lucky enough to receive a place from the event
organisers, we would love to welcome you to our team.
We don’t ask for a minimum sponsorship or a registration fee -
all funds you raise for St John Ambulance will be greatly received.
You will receive the same support throughout your training,
fundraising and race as a charity place runner.
