St John Ambulance’s corporate fundraising challenge, Big Money
Heroes, is back!
Big Money Heroes is ideal for graduates, employees, or new
teams. Designed to develop entrepreneurial spirit and leadership
skills, this challenge will test communication, time management,
project planning, leadership and much more.
Most importantly, teams will help raise money to save
Employers, motivate your colleagues and challenge them to think
outside the box (or ambulance!).
Employees, channel your energy and inspire others to join a
great charitable cause. Strengthen your skills, build new networks
and add a unique achievement to your CV.
Starting with a toy ambulance, can you come up with a creative
fundraising idea to raise money for a real one?
Company teams of 4-6 colleagues will workshop a big, creative
idea to raise funds over 6 months. You'll be competing with other
teams to collectively raise funds for a life-saving ambulance.
Each team will be supported along the way by a St John Ambulance
The challenge will run from October 2017 to April 2018.
Celebrate your achievements
At the end of the challenge, we will announce the winning team
who will have their company logo displayed on the new treatment
vehicle. We will celebrate your achievements, recognising both
individual and group successes.

Last year’s Big Money Heroes experience
Acuity, a creative led marketing agency, took part in 2016,
coming up with the Band Aid challenge. After making a donation,
clients and friends nominated an employee to have sticking plasters
ripped from their arms and legs. Unsurprisingly, the two founding
partners got the highest number of votes!
