Take the A170 and stay on the road driving through Thornton le Dale, Wilton, Allerston, Ebberston, Snainton and Brompton. You will arrive at Wykeham. Turn right at the Downe Arms and then turn left at the Wykeham Business Centre. Number 4 Langley House is first on the right.
From Whitby
Head to Scarborough on the A171 you will pass through Newby. At the set of traffic lights outside Scarborough Hospital remain in the inside lane.
Continue to the junction of Stepney drive; take the turn signposted Thirsk A170. Continue along Stepney Drive until the roundabout and take the 3rd exit. Continue up Stepney Road until you join racecourse road and you will enter East Ayton. At the mini roundabout bear right signposted Thirsk.
Continue forward onto Main Street A170 entering West Ayton. Continue Forward onto A170 entering Wykeham. Turn left at the Downe Arms then left again into Wykeham Business Centre.

Take the A170 towards Pickering and Thirsk. Drive through East Ayton and at the roundabout take the A170 signposted Thirsk. Drive through West Ayton and into Wykeham. Turn left at the Downe Arms then left again into Wykeham Business Centre.
