Fundraising and communications

Outgoing, committed, energetic. Sound like you?

If you’ve got enthusiasm by the bucket load and people skills to spare, we could use your help as a community fundraiser or in our regional internal communications team.

As a volunteer community fundraiser you can help us save lives, without ever picking up a first aid kit. We’re looking for bright, enthusiastic, determined individuals to join the fundraising team to help us deliver fundraising activities, such as bucket collections and pin badge sales.

If you’re a budding writer with a knack for a good story, you could join our regional internal communications team. You’d act as a reporter and photographer at first aid events, gathering news stories for our intranet. You’d also help promote regional fundraising activities and support the regional PR officers.

'I wish I'd known how much fun I was going to have as a volunteer - I would have joined as a Badger instead of at 28!' - Dave, Unit Fundraising Lead
