Regional IT Support Specialist (West Midlands)

No one should die because they needed first aid and didn’t get it. St John Ambulance teaches people first aid so they can be the difference between life and death, and you can help us do this.

The National IS&P directorate are looking for a Volunteer Regional IT Support Specialist for West region, West Midlands to shape and deliver IT support services dedicated for our volunteers. This exciting position will be responsible for delivering user support, implementing ICT equipment, supporting the implementation of national policy and procedures. As well as working alongside with the Service Desk and Fulfilment teams to provide a two-way communication channel between IS&P and the region. 

The successful candidate will be covering the West Midlands, therefore travelling may be required in order to attend meetings as well as offering support and training.
