Regional Driving Standards and Verifier Officer- Anywhere in West Region

No one should die because they needed first aid and didn’t get it. St John Ambulance teaches people first aid so they can be the difference between life and death, and you can help us do this.

St John Ambulance maintains a large fleet of vehicles for its volunteers to use. These volunteer drivers are all subject to a robust driver training scheme.

We are currently recruiting for a Regional Driving Standards Verifier which covers the West Region.

The Regional Driving Standards Verifier will promote the driving scheme and engage with volunteers and the training teams to facilitate the training of our volunteers.

The post holder will be responsible for all matters related to driving, driver training, maintaining driver and training records and leading the driver training/assessors team to ensure the district complies with national policy and legislation.

The closing date for this vacancy is: Wednesday 30th May 2018

Interviews will be held on Thursday 31st May and Tuesday 5th June 2018.
