Assurance Team Member

No one should die because they needed first aid and didn’t get it. St John Ambulance teaches people first aid so they can be the difference between life and death, and you can help us do this.

We are seeking Assurance & Quality Team members who may be based anywhere in the East Region.

The Assurance & Quality team gathers information to evidence compliance with legislation, external regulator requirements and SJA policies and processes. They work with colleagues across the charity to consistently monitor process and delivery against our agreed standards. At regional level, they are responsible for undertaking assurance and audit activities with the primary objective of producing evidence to support our ongoing regulatory compliance.

We are now looking to recruit volunteers to provide support and assistance within the team at team member level.  We are seeking people who do not necessarily have the time to undertake a full officer role but would like to support SJA to deliver good quality clinical care as team members.
