Regional Student Volunteering Officer

No one should die because they needed first aid and didn’t get it. St John Ambulance (SJA) teaches people first aid so they can be the difference between life and death, and you can help us do this.

SJA's East region is looking to strengthen support to university student volunteering. Through the LINKS programme and Student First Aid groups, we have hundreds of student volunteers within universities across the region and we are looking to both strengthen support and grow our commitment to engaging with students.

The Regional Student Volunteering Officer will be responsible for providing specialist advice and support to student volunteering units, District Managers and Area Managers. This will include working with key internal and external stakeholders to develop the student volunteering within the region. They are managed by the Regional Student Volunteering Lead and work within the wider regional and national team.

Vacancy to be based anywhere within the Cambridge Region.

Please see role description for further details about this position.
