District Fleet Officer
No one should die because they needed first aid and didn’t get it. St John Ambulance teaches people first aid so they can be the difference between life and death, and you can help us do this.
As a District Fleet Officer, you will be a member of the fleet team responsible for looking after the District’s allocation of vehicles to support their respective events, including ambulances, minibuses, 4x4s and vans. Working alongside other departments of SJA to facilitate the requirements for events by overseeing nominated fleet custodians, monitoring that vehicles are being repaired by utilising the national defect procedure and that they are maintained (PPM), safe, clean and legally compliant thus ensuring maximum availability and optimal usage across the district and region.
