Unit Training Lead
No one should die because they needed first aid and didn’t get it. St John Ambulance teaches people first aid so they can be the difference between life and death, and you can help us do this.
We are looking for someone to be responsible for the training needs of our volunteers.
The successful candidate will demonstrate enthusiasm for the work of St John Ambulance and an interest in coordinating internal training programmes for our volunteers and community training events for the public.

Do you have an aptitude for organising? Do you have an interest in training? We are looking for 3 UTL's, one at Altwick, Ashington and Seghill + Cramlington Units. There will be support and training from local and district training teams as well as the Area Management Team. Bi-monthly area meetings and Quarterly meetings and UTL District meetings will require the post holders attendance.
The closing date for this post is 31st January 2019 and interviews will be on the 11th February 2019.
Welcome event will be a corporate induction as well as a local induction. District training support with local requirements per unit.
Training for the role will be on-the-job training.
