Adventure Support Officer

No one should die because they needed first aid and didn’t get it. St John Ambulance teaches people first aid so they can be the difference between life and death, and you can help us do this.

St John Ambulance provides opportunities for young people to develop their skills, knowledge and abilities through undertaking a range of adventure activities through our youth programme. 

We currently recruiting for a Regional Adventure Support Officer in the North District which covers the geographical area of West Midlands Region

The Regional Adventure Support Officer will promote and engage with young people and their leaders in order to facilitate adventure activities. The main emphasis will be on camping and residential events. 

The post holder will be responsible for undertaking event inspections and monitoring standards to ensure consistency in quality and safety as laid out in the relevant St John Ambulance policies and procedures.  

This role involves up to 3 national team meetings a year at various locations nationally. Required to meeting with the regional adventure team and regional youth team
