Regional IT Support Specialist

No one should die because they needed first aid and didn’t get it. St John Ambulance teaches people first aid so they can be the difference between life and death, and you can help us do this.

The Information Technology Department are looking for Regional IT Support Specialist to deliver IT support services dedicated for our volunteers. The regional IT services team are responsible for delivering user support, implementing ICT equipment, supporting the implementation of national policy and procedures, and working with the Service Desk and Fulfilment teams, providing a two-way communication channel between IS&P and the region.

Being part of a regional team and working closely with IS&P the role will cover a wide range of skills, both technical and process led. You will be a key link between IS&P and the regions while promoting and ensuring IS&P best practice is adhered to while communicating, supporting and championing IS&P initiatives. The role will also be responsible for supporting the use of IT by volunteers and mentoring those volunteers in use of SJA systems.
