This will involve supporting young people alongside other youth leaders, youth support leaders and others. You will also take on responsibility for leading your youth section (Badgers) under a Unit Manager's direction.

Recruiting a Unit Badger Lead to support Unit Manager in leading the Badger section of our Thetford Youth Unit as part of our work with Youth United Foundation and aim to increase spaces for young people across the county.

Successful applicants will need to complete an SJA and role-based induction and as Unit Badger Lead is expected to attend most badger unit meetings as will be leading and running the Badger section of this new Youth Unit with support of youth helpers and parent helpers.
