We are growing our amazing #TeamEastLondon in the following boroughs and need people who can commit to volunteering in our community. Redbridge, Waltham Forest, Hackney, Enfield, Haringey, Havering, Camden, Islington, City of London, Tower Hamlets, Barking, Dagenham, Newham.

We are seeking Event Doctors, Nurses and Paramedics to respond and manage emergency calls/incidents at events which may include venues such as stadia, concert halls, motorsports tracks, road races etc. Event doctors shall provide specialist, clinical, social and holistic care while undertaking clinical assessment and interventions in the pre-hospital environment.

Successful Event Doctor candidates will be registered medical practitioners with the GMC, without cautions or restrictions, and hold a licence to practice outside of an approved practice setting.

Successful Event Paramedic candidates will be registered Paramedics with the HCPC and be able to provide evidence of CPD activity within the previous 12 months.

Successful Event Nurse candidates will be registered nurses with the NMC and be able to provide evidence of CPD activity within the previous 12 months.

If you are shortlisted, you MUST be available for one of two evening sessions, from 6pm on Wednesday 21st or Thursday 22nd August 2019, in Central London. Regrettably, no other interview times will be available. If you do not already hold an ILS or ALS certificate, you may need to complete further clinical training with St John.

If you are successful, your welcome and induction training will be on Thursday 5th September 2019, 7pm to 9.30pm near Leytonstone underground station.

If you and our clinical team agree a need to undertake our First Aid training course, this will be on Sunday 8th, Saturday 14th, Sunday 15th and Sunday 22nd September 2019, 9am to 5pm, in Walthamstow.
