Event Doctors Nurses Paramedic

 

We are seeking Event Doctors, Nurses and Paramedics to respond and manage emergency calls/incidents at events which may include venues such as stadia, concert halls, motorsports tracks, road races etc. 

Successful Event Doctor candidates will be registered medical practitioners with the GMC, without cautions or restrictions, and hold a licence to practice outside of an approved practice setting. 

Successful Event Paramedic candidates will be registered Paramedics with the HCPC and be able to provide evidence of CPD activity within the previous 12 months. 

Successful Event Nurse candidates will be registered nurses with the NMC and be able to provide evidence of CPD activity within the previous 12 months. 

If you are successful, you will need to attend a selection and welcome session at St John's Ambulance, Preference Place, Bacton, North Walsham, NR28 9DR on Saturday 31st August 2019 at 09.30-17.00. 

If you do not already hold an ILS or ALS certificate, you may need to complete further clinical training with St John. 

If you agree with a St John lead clinician that a First Aid course would be appropriate for you, this will be at held at Great Yarmouth on 22nd/23rd/28th/29th September 0900-1700 on all 4 Days in North Walsham (Unit HQ, Preference Place, Bacton, North Walsham, NR28 9DR).
