County Priory Group Deputy Chair

The Order of St John has been providing care for over 900 years and continues to do so through St John Ambulance. The 43 County Priory Groups in England represent the Order at a local level and undertake a wide range of activities. Their responsibilities range from liaising with Her Majesty's Lord-Lieutenant to organising the unique annual Organ Donor Award Ceremonies in partnership with NHS Blood and Transplant. We are now looking for a committed volunteer to undertake the important role of Deputy Chair in Berkshire. 

Today the Priory of England and the Islands is one of eleven international branches of the Order, and our work of providing care to people in need is carried out on behalf of the Priory by its subsidiary charity St John Ambulance, England's premier first aid charity. County Priory Groups (CPGs) undertake the important work of the Priory at a County level and have a wide range of important responsibilities which are outlined below. Within the Priory the role of County Priory Group Deputy Chair is an influential position and we are looking for a committed individual to undertake this important role.

If you would like to contribute to our important work in your County and have the necessary skills required to become a CPG Deputy Chair we would very much like to hear from you.
