Infrastructure Systems Engineer

An exciting opportunity has arisen at our National Headquarters for an Infrastructure Systems Engineer to hit the ground running to implement, monitor, maintain and troubleshoot the server and desktop environments.
As part of the Infrastructure team, you will be responsible for designing, delivering, securing and supporting the the IT infrastructure (both on-premise and cloud-hosted) within agreed service levels with a focus on customer service and satisfaction. This will include providing second and third line support for Windows Server, Microsoft Office 365, IaaS and Daas, anti-virus and other desktop and bespoke applications through detailed incident analysis and thoroughly documented resolutions.
The successful candidate will be ITIL certified, with excellent working knowledge of MS applications, servers, networking, cloud services, Office 365 and security is essential.
Due to the nature of the role, you will be required to adhere to variable shift patterns and an on-call rota outside of usual working hours.
