BRAND MARKETING ACCOUNT MANAGER
Salary: £34,300 per Annum + Benefits | Central London
St John Ambulance is the nation’s leading first aid charity. Every year, 400,000 people learn how to save a life through our training programmes, including hundreds of thousands of young people. First aid is such a simple skill, but it has an incredible impact. We want everyone to learn it, so that they can be the difference between a life lost and a life saved.
To achieve this, we provide a wide range of products and services to the community such as our workplace and community training, first aid support at events and our vital work with the emergency services with our ambulance operations. We generate around £100m per annum which we reinvest in delivering and campaigning for better access to first aid for everyone. By doing this, we can give people access to important skills that they wouldn’t otherwise get the chance to learn.
We are also passionate about campaigning to raise awareness of first aid so that everyone has access to life saving knowledge through our award-winning ad campaigns such as "The Chokeables" which is credited with saving at least 54 babies lives and recently won the Charity Film of the Year Award 2017.
About the Role
You will join an award-winning Brand & Marketing team who are passionate about saving lives through campaigning for better access to first aid. Reporting into the Brand & Marketing Manager you will be responsible for overseeing the creative design and production of wide range of projects in line with our marketing strategy including our annual Everyday Heroes awards event and new first aid awareness at events programme. You will also work collaboratively with teams across the organisation to deliver on-brand marketing materials by project managing both internal resources and third party suppliers.
Managing the Brand Marketing Officer, you will manage the design, multi-media and production processes, oversee the resourcing of projects and manage our preferred supplier list for brand marketing communications. Our brand is currently undergoing exciting changes and you will play your part by ensuring that we are accurately represented across all communications channels, you will also be involved within training and maintaining our brand standards and support our ambitious plans of regular brand marketing campaigns to replicate our award-winning campaigns such as The Chokeables and CPR Baby Grow.
- Must have right to work in the UK
- Experience of project managing creative projects in a large organisation or agency
- Experience in supervising or managing people against objectives
- Relevant experience in overseeing professional editorial, design and film content, and a demonstrable track record of success in this
