A position has arisen within our Training Division.
We are looking for an enthusiastic, motivated individual to maximise the sales of St John Ambulance products and services across the region by identifying and securing new clients and business opportunities in order to increase the customer database in line with the targets set.
This role will involve driving sales of places on scheduled training courses, mainly by telephone.
The successful candidate will be an excellent communicator who will have experience of working within a customer service environment and will be able to demonstrate a proven track record of success in sales, in addition to possessing intermediate level IT skills or above (Microsoft applications).
A customer care qualification is desirable.
