We are currently recruiting a Station Manager to join our team in the North West & West Midlands Sector. The post will be based at our ambulance hub in Chorley, although travel to other sites may be required to meet business needs. The successful candidate will be responsible for the operational management of all regulated ambulance activity ensuring full delivery on agreed contracts.
The post holder will be responsible for maintaining high quality standards, including clinical, whilst adhering to St John policies and relevant regulatory requirements. The Station Manager will have line management responsibility for Station Team Leaders and/or ambulance crew.
Candidates will ideally have a clinical background with extensive experience of working in a customer facing role. Demonstrable experience of building and leading high quality results focused teams is essential for this role.
