The Training Delivery Coordinator role is a challenging and rewarding one in a busy and dynamic environment, trusted to ensure that all London Region Volunteer training is coordinated and takes place effectively. It is a multi-faceted role that communicates at all levels in Region and across functional boundaries to be successful. Dealing with volunteer and employee customers positively, proactively and with empathy needs a calm and measured individual who can deal with pressure and pressing deadlines.
Some key attributes for the successful applicant will include the ability to learn quickly, flexibility, good all round IT and database skills, and attention to detail.
