Our ambulance crews respond to emergency and non-emergency situations and transport ambulant/non ambulant patients, whilst ensuring that the patient receives the professional, high quality and compassionate care that St John Ambulance is renowned for.

We are looking to appoint a Station Team Leader, based in London, to line manage ambulance crews in order to ensure high standards of service delivery and overall performance.  The successful candidate must have the ability to work in an emergency ambulance environment and have good interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels, as well as being able to work as part of a team.  The primary focus of this role is to manage ambulance crews, however, there will be some requirement to undertake operation shifts when required.
