Sales Administrator

About the Role

As part of our telesales team, you will help us train as many people as possible in First Aid to help save lives by providing efficient administration to support the telesales teams with the processing of training bookings and sales of equipment through MIS/SAP systems.

You will provide great customer service to our customers over the phone and email as well as devise and implement new office systems to assist our telesales team. This is an important role within the team and you will help maintain success by organising the administration of telesales function.


About you

You will be a strong adminsitrator with the ability to remain organised and maintain a high degree of accuracy in your work. Ideally, you will have experience in processing sales orders and providing great customer service. 

You will be able to, and more importantly, want to work in a hard working successful team.

St John Ambulance works at the heart of communities, providing first aid, keeping people safe at events and working alongside the NHS in response to 999 calls. Much of our front-line delivery is provided by our dedicated and highly-trained volunteers.
