Team Coordinator

About the Role

As a Team Coordinator within our Ambulance Operations team, you will provide high-quality administrative support to enable the team to deliver on projects and activities. You will be involved in a wide range of tasks from taking the lead on internal communications, organising meetings, arranging travel and producing reports.

You will also be responsible for the Ambulance Operations intranet pages and ensuring that our volunteers and employees are well supported and receive quality customer service.

About You

You will have had experience in a similar role and will have previously managed multiple calendars. You will be a strong communicator with experience in providing support to multiple stakeholders and projects/programmes.
