Supporter Care Officer
About the Role
As a charity, we think our supporters are amazing and we want to ensure they receive the best care. As a Supporter Care Officer, you will be responsible for maintaining our Fundraising CRM and supporting our Fundraising team with achieving their ambitious goals.
You will be the first point of contact for our supporters and will ensure that everyone receives the same high-level customer service. You will also process face-to-face direct debit & gift aid donations, produce statistical reports and reconcile our finance system (SUN) regarding donations.

You will have previously worked in a similar environment, providing high-level customer service to supporters or customers. As this role is responsible for the data in our Fundraising CRM, you will have experience in maintaining data and a good understanding of GDPR principals. You will also have gained experience with financial systems and processing transactions.
