HR Advisor (Volunteers)
About the Role
As an HR Advisor, you will work closely with the Regional HR Manager in providing advice, guidance and support to volunteer managers in a wide range of important people processes such as recruitment, inductions, Volunteer Development Reviews, disciplinaries and grievances.
You will help our managers improve the volunteer experience, as well as helping them to better manage their people. You will also liaise with our HR administration centre to help implement important changes to process and support the HR Advisors for volunteering where needed.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to travel throughout the region and work with a wide variety of volunteer-related queries. To be successful, you will have experience in HR casework in a fast-paced HR environment and had experience with advising managers on best practice. Ideally, you will have previously worked with volunteers.
You must be able to travel, as frequent travel throughout the region will be needed as well as evening and weekend work (due to the nature of volunteering).
