National competition tests first aid skills
Two friends who met when they were St John Ambulance Cadets dazzled judges with their life savings skills and first aid knowledge to win the St John Ambulance UK First Aid Championship.

St John Ambulance, one of the UK’s largest youth organisations, has appointed its first Young Persons’ Trustee. The charity has chosen 26-year-old Danny Sharpe, a doctor and volunteer from Middlesex, to further its commitment to youth participation.
