  • campaigned for first aid resulting in a positive outcome, (for example, convincing a local sport club to install a defibrillator)
  • used mental health first aid to improve wellbeing or make a difference in their community, (for example, supporting someone during a personal crisis where they were at risk of harming themselves).

Winners quote

'First aid is a really important skill; it's something that we all need. If everyone had that little bit of knowledge, they would have the confidence to save someone's life.'
