It is really easy to take part 

  1. Decide what items you want to sell. Make sure they are good items that people will appreciate 
  2. Take some good photos, showing the item in all its glory 
  3. Decide which platform you want to use to sell your items on 
  4. Sell your items 
  5. Let us know how much you have made from selling your items by emailing communityfundraising@sja.org.uk 
  6. Tell all your friends and family and encourage them to sell their items as well

Make sure your Spring Clean raises lots of money

  • Share some of the St John Ambulance Real Life Stories with your friends and family so they can see why you are spring cleaning to encourage them to do the same thing
  • Set yourself a challenge with how much stuff you want to clean out
  • Make it a regular activity, have a clean out once a month 

Don’t forget to us the hashtag #SpringIntoAction and let everyone know how your Spring cleaning is going
